''3 of the Best''

Sydneysiders - Ryan, Josh, Brandon and Chris, have just experienced 3 of the best days Weipa has to offer. The boys are big on the plastics back home and were keen to give them a go in Weipa. The results were phenomenal!  Threadfin salmon [biggest 94cm], barramundi up to 88cm, mangrove jack up to 49cm, endless blue salmon and queenfish, Queensland groper and large cod, just to name a few. The 2 days offshore were filled with Spanish mackerel, tuna and large queenies. On the last day of charter, after getting their arms pulled off by the fish mentioned above, Guide Josh Lyons suggested having a crack at sailfish. After a short run to the sailfish grounds the baits were deployed and within 15 minutes a double hook up on sails occurred - Ryan dropping one and Chris landing the other!!!!!!!!!
