The creeks have fired up with good numbers and sizes of just about every thing - barramundi, mangrove jack, threadfin salmon, cods and Queensland gropers, just to name a few. We have been catching them on a mixture of live bait, hard-body lures and the odd soft plastic. Off-shore there still continues to be plenty of good size Spanish mackerel, tuna, giant trevally and cobia - with a few small bait balls thrown in as well.
